Our Focused Training Consult is a one-on-one phone or video session with Magen, our trainer, designed to give you clear, practical, science backed guidance for common issues.
 
After your consult, you’ll receive a detailed email recap with step-by-step guidance, helpful handouts, and next steps—plus a follow-up email 1 - 2 weeks after your session so you’re never left wondering what to do next. It’s a simple, supportive way to get personalized training help and a plan you can start using right away.
